Through Triangle Partnership, Lynda designs and delivers leadership development programmes in organisations in the public and private sectors. She teaches the TA models and ethos extensively in these organisations and has done so for more than 15 years, supporting her programmes with Action Learning Sets.
Lynda is a management educator and coach with over 40 years experience of public and private sector organisations. She works at all levels, from managing directors and senior managers to team leaders and supervisors, and also with specialist roles such as customer service staff. As a member of a team that won a National Training Award in 2005, Lynda is enthusiastic about working strategically with organisations to develop leaders and key members of staff.
She is passionate about supporting people to develop themselves and teaches the tools of Transactional Analysis (TA) in organisations to help clients understand how sometimes we can get in the way of our own success. TA offers a framework of tools and concepts which fit together to help people to see how they have choices in their behaviours and how they can change what they want to change. It helps leaders to understand the impact they have on others and how they can develop themselves and help others to develop too.
Lynda’s training philosophy rests on fundamental beliefs such as everybody can think and everybody can change given the right tools and support.
